At AC Clean UAE, our mission is to deliver top-tier HVAC services with professionalism, precision, and care. As our work involves labor-based technical interventions, please note the following policy regarding refunds:
We are committed to client satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of the intervention. We will investigate the issue and, if justified, send a technician back to resolve the problem at no extra cost.

As our services involve time, labor, and on-site technical work, we do not offer monetary refunds once the service has been delivered. This includes:

Coil or duct cleaning

AC repair or installation

Emergency call-outs
📅 Service Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum 24-hour notice. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a service fee.
This policy is in place to protect both our clients and technicians. Abuse of the refund system (e.g. unjustified claims, repeated complaints without basis) may result in refusal of service.
