TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS

By using the AC Clean UAE website or booking any service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These T&C establish the legal relationship between:

  • You (the user or customer)

  • And AC Clean UAE (the service provider and website owner)

They define the rules and responsibilities applicable while you interact with our website, engage our services, or make inquiries.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • AC deep cleaning

  • Duct sanitisation

  • HVAC maintenance

  • Emergency interventions

  • Commercial and residential diagnostics

These conditions are binding whether you place an order online, via phone, or by direct contact.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE T&C DOCUMENT

Our Terms & Conditions address the following important issues:

1. Eligibility to Use the Website

You must be 18 years or older to make a service request or booking.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are listed in AED and may be subject to applicable VAT.

  • Promotions or discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

3. Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

  • Bookings are confirmed via email, WhatsApp, or phone.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • AC Clean UAE reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, safety issues, or weather-related delays.

4. Refunds and Complaints

  • Refunds are handled case-by-case. We do not offer refunds once a service has been delivered unless there is a proven issue with workmanship.

  • A complaint must be made within 48 hours of service delivery.

5. Liability Limitations

  • We are not liable for damages to systems that are already faulty, improperly installed, or not maintained.

  • We are not responsible for indirect damages, losses of income, or system downtimes resulting from AC failure unless caused directly by our negligence.

6. Changes to Services or Pricing

  • AC Clean UAE may modify services, pricing, or availability without prior notice.

  • These changes do not affect bookings already confirmed unless otherwise communicated.

7. Use of Website Content

  • All content (logos, visuals, texts, procedures) on this site is property of AC Clean UAE.

  • Reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

  • 8. Jurisdiction

  • These T&C are governed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be resolved by the courts of the UAE.
